Working security at Jellystone Campground in Plymouth Saturday night, August 11th, Marshall County Police Sergeant Les McFarland received information on a crash involving a golf cart.    About 11 p.m.  he went to the area of the campground and observed an Ezgo golf cart that had crashed into a shed along with a water line and fence, causing damage to all.

The person that had been driving the golf cart at the time of the crash was identified as 24 year old Zackary E. Armentrout of Culver.   Armentrout told the officer that he had been drinking beer and lost control of the golf cart and hit the shed and water line.

Sergeant McFarland started an investigation for Operating While Intoxicated.

Zackary Armentrout was taken for a certified chemical test and then arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated.  The bond for Armentrout was set at $3,000 cash.  He is currently on Parole.
