Plymouth Color Logo2014The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings on Monday evening, August 13th beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety.  Agenda for the meeting includes reports from city department heads.  Utility Supervisor Donnie Davidson will ask the Board of Works to approve a certificate of substantial completion for the West Lake Avenue water main extension project and City Engineer Rick Gaul will seek approval of the Stormwater Pollution Plans for Oak Hill Cemetery, the Park Maintenance Facility, Street Department Garage, Wastewater Treatment Plan Facility and the Ledyard Water Department Plant.  Gaul will also present Public Works projects including the Fall 2018 Street and Sidewalk projects, a request by Comcast for Super 8, a request of CenturyLink at Valmont and a change order for the 2018 Spring Surface treatments.

City Board of Works members will also hear the request of Joan Walter for a NO PARKING sign on Crimson Lane and Elisa Holstine who is seeking a utility bill payment plan.

The Plymouth Common Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 for the waiver of non-compliance of tax abatement form 322/RE by Pretzels Inc. and consider a resolution for waiving the non-compliance form.

The Common Council will also consider an ordinance setting salaries for 2019.  The projected increase will be 2%.

Both meetings are open to the public but comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.  The meetings are held in the conference room of the Fire Dept. at 111 North Center Street.
