Tony WolfComedian/musician Tony Wolf will appear in concert at The Well on Sunday evening, August 12 at 5:00 p.m.  The Well will meet in the Sanctuary of Plymouth’s First United Methodist church to accommodate the audience for that evening.

Tony Wolf is what you might call a jack of all trades. His resume is extensive and sweeping.  Tony is a recommended speaker by the NSA (National Speakers Association), Upward Sports and TCA (Thriving Childrens Advocates). Wolf is the author of “Serve One” as well as the upcoming “Prosperity Equation.”  Tony is also a tried and true comedian and musician having produced six albums and penned over 50 song parodies including one that reached the iTunes top 40.  With a degree in counseling, Wolf’s words – whether sung, written or spoken – strike at the heart of every generation, age and background.

But where Wolf and his words truly excel is on the stage. As a comedian and speaker, Wolf regularly performs for crowds of over 10,000.  He’s stood under the bright lights of nearly all of America’s NBA and NHL arenas, at over 100 universities from Florida State to Fresno State and in hundreds of other noted venues like the famous Ryman Auditorium in Nashville to the Fox Theatre in Atlanta.  With ease and warmth, Wolf commands the stage and his audience with reliability, creativity and passion – plus a hearty dose of humor!

Tony has toured with many musical acts like MercyMe, Skillet, Newsboys, Michael W Smith, Andy Mineo, Jeremy Camp, Chris Tomlin, Michael Sweet, Natalie Grant, Phil Keaggy, Dennis Quaid and the Sharks, Rend Collective, Audio Adrenaline, DC Talk, Dave Crowder, Unspoken, Bread of Stone, Third Day, Ledger, Tenth Avenue North, Citizen Way, Tauren Wells, Toby Mac, Rich Mullins and The Afters … to name a few.  Tony has also done comedy shows with the likes of Jay Banks, Ryan O’Quinn, Kay Dodd, Bone Hampton, Anita Renfroe and Chonda Pierce.

Tony’s truest passion lies of the stage as a tireless voice for children living in poverty.  Over the past six years more than 35,000 children have been rescued from poverty thanks to Wolf’s efforts.  Wolf has also served as a consultant to organizations, speakers and individuals also attempting to help children living in extreme poverty.  Through these efforts, Wolf has helped raise over 85 million dollars to benefit children and communities in need.

Tony lives in Westfield, Indiana with his wife Laura, three daughters Brooklyn, Katie and Adrienne and son Jude.

The First United Methodist Church Outreach Committee and The Well are pleased to sponsor this FREE comedic experience to the Plymouth Community.  All are welcome to attend.  Refreshments will be served following Wolf’s performance.  For more information call the church office at 574-936-2943.
