28 year old Kevin Guise of Knox was arrest last Wednesday, August 1st at Markley Drive and Western Avenue on three Failure to Appear warrants from Marshall County.
During a search of his person, a Schedule 2 and Schedule 4 controlled substance was found. He was taken into custody for the warrants and the new charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
He was held with no bond on the failure to appear warrants and was given a new bond of $1,500 cash for the new charge.
