Friday night, August 3rd, Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold stopped a vehicle in the area of North Michigan Street and Skylane Avenue where a Hamlet couple was arrested for meth.

MugShot_Frazier, LarryAt approximately 9:30, 52 year old Larry Frazier was arrested for Operating a motor vehicle While Impaired on a controlled substance, Possession of drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Methamphetamine.

MugShot_Frazier, KimberlieHis wife, 39 year old Kimberlie Frazier was arrested for Possession of methamphetamine and Possession of drug Paraphernalia.

Larry and Kimberlie Frazier were both incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on $1,500 cash bonds.  Kimberlie Frazier bonded out at 2:15 Saturday morning and her husband Larry bonded out at 6:36 p.m. Saturday.  They are both scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on September 4th.
