Just before 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 22nd, Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested 35 year old Joshua D Roese of Frankfort, IN for theft at Walmart.
Roese was booked into the Marshall County Jail on $750 cash bond and given a court date of August 8th in Superior Court II.
