Tuesday evening, Jerry Chavez, President and CEO of the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation updated members of the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission on progress of the River Gate South residential development.
Chavez said earlier this month the first series of “hard hat” tours of the buildings were given to area employers to get a sneak preview of the facility. Chavez said another “hard hat” tour series will be conducted in appreciation for Redevelopment Commission members, city council members and others involved in the project in the next several weeks.
Chavez said the first building is scheduled to be completed in September.
Chavez noted that the views from the balconies will be “spectacular.”
