Bremen Police Officer Troy Ulch arrested a South Bend man Tuesday night following a traffic stop.
Just after 10, 29 year old Andrew L. Alaniz was stopped at US 6 and Elm Road.
Officer Ulch arrested Alaniz for Operating a Vehicle on a Controlled Substance and for Possession of Marijuana. He was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $4,500 cash bond.
The charges and information supplied are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
