MugShot_Scott SaxtonOn Wednesday, July 4th, Officer Anthony Bragg of the Marshall County Police Department responded with several other county officers to a complaint in the area of 4700 French Street. 

During the incident the alleged offender, Scott D. Saxton age 54 of Plymouth, was detained. 

According to witnesses, Mr. Saxton made threats to several minors in this area while armed with a knife.  Mr. Saxton was also believed to be intoxicated during the
incident. 

He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for Intimidation with Deadly Weapon as a  level 5 felony.
