Warrant arrest

52 year old Stuart Bellman of Bremen was located at 2535 North Michigan Street Sunday, July 1st, about 8 o’clock in the morning when Plymouth Officer John Weir noticed the driver’s door open on the vehicle and the keys laying on the ground.

He found Bellman passed out in the vehicle.  He woke the subject and learned he had an active warrant for failure to appear.

Officer Weir walked his K9 partner Jax around the vehicle and he indicated drugs in the vehicle.  A search located a Scheduled IV substance.

Mr. Bellman was booked into the Marshall County Jail for an additional charge of Possession of a Scheduled Controlled Substance and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
