On Saturday night, June 30th Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper was working park patrol in Centennial Park when he was alerted to a male subject slumped over in a vehicle on the west side of the Kid’s Kingdom.

He along with two other Plymouth Police Officers investigated and found two people passed out in a vehicle about 9:45.

Upon further investigation they were found to be in possession of methamphetamine, paraphernalia and a legend drug.

54 year old Phillip Dalton and 50 year old Sandra Kabowski, both of Knox were lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Meth, Possession of Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of a Legend Drug.  Dalton was held on a $3,000 cash bond and Kabowski on a $1,500 cash bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
