On Saturday, June 23rd about one o’clock in the afternoon Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre located 41 year old Brian Braden of Plymouth at 1311 West Jefferson Street.
Having prior information that Braden had an active warrant for his arrest he took him into custody without incident.
Brian Braden was transported to the hospital for jail clearance and then to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Failure to Appear and held with no bond.
