City NEwsThe Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Plymouth Community School Corporation during their meeting Monday night.

The MOU is for the building project at the Lincoln Junior High.

Rick Gaul said the city has already done two prior MOUs with the schools.  This one pertains to the drainage plan and instead of placing a financial guarantee with the city for the proposed work, the memorandum of understanding would secure the work be completed in a timely manner and to city standards.

The Board of Public Works and Safety approved the request by a vote of 4 voting Yes and 1, Jeff Houin abstaining since he is council for the school corporation.
