Drug ArrestsPlymouth Police arrested two individuals Monday evening following a traffic stop on Michigan Road at 7th Road.

39 year old Troy Flowers of Punta Gorda, FL and 39 year old John Thompson of Wakarusa were passengers in a vehicle that was stopped about 5 o’clock.  They were found to be in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphernalia.

Both individuals were transported to the Marshall County Jail where they were lodged, Thompson for possession of marijuana with a $1,000 cash bond and Flowers for possession of meth and paraphernalia with a $4,500 cash bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
