On Sunday, June 10th at approximately 6:25 in the evening Jodi Neeley age 34 of South Bend was stopped on a traffic stop in the area of Michigan Street and Airport Road by Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold.
After an investigation Ms. Neeley was arrested for driving while her license was suspended prior, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jodi Neeley was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $,500 cash bond for the charges above.
