Habitat for Humanity logoDean Byers is excited to announce the Second Habitat Home project to be constructed this year.

Habitat for Humanity of Marshall County will have a groundbreaking ceremony for the 21st family home to be built in Marshall County.  This next home will be built at 630 Thayer Street in Plymouth. The ceremony will be Sunday, June 3rd at 2 p.m. with Reverend Harold Yoder presiding.

Reverend Yoder is a retired pastor, a volunteer carpenter and board member with the Marshall County affiliate.  Volunteers will be working alongside the home owner, Stefanie Wilcox with a projected completion date of early fall.

Habitat for Humanity builds for families who have a housing need.  They must be willing to help build their home and be able to make an affordable mortgage monthly payment.

This is the second home to be constructed in 2018 by a group of dedicated volunteers.

The public is invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony on June 3rd.
