About 6:30 Saturday evening, May 26th, Marshall County Officer Wozniak checked on a male sitting in a vehicle in the area of US 6 and Michigan Road in LaPaz.

While make contact with the occupant, the officer detected a strong odor of marijuana and witnessed paraphernalia in plain view. A search of the vehicle resulted in the findings of 4.3 grams of marijuana, a glass marijuana pipe and metal marijuana grinder.

MugShot_Christian AntusThe occupant of the vehicle, 40 year old Christian J. Antus of Niles was taken to the Marshall County Jail for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
