About 6:30 Saturday evening, May 26th, Marshall County Officer Wozniak checked on a male sitting in a vehicle in the area of US 6 and Michigan Road in LaPaz.
While make contact with the occupant, the officer detected a strong odor of marijuana and witnessed paraphernalia in plain view. A search of the vehicle resulted in the findings of 4.3 grams of marijuana, a glass marijuana pipe and metal marijuana grinder.
The occupant of the vehicle, 40 year old Christian J. Antus of Niles was taken to the Marshall County Jail for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
