On Thursday May 17, at approximately 4:45 in the afternoon Plymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty conducted a traffic stop at the corner of Fifth and West Jefferson Streets.
39 year old Jeremy Lowe of Knox was taken into custody for being a Habitual Traffic Violator. Lowe was transported to the Marshall County Jail and his cash bond was double to $3,000 for being on probation.
