Plymouth Color Logo2014The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the meeting room of the Plymouth Fire Department.

Agenda for the Board of Public Works and Safety meeting includes opening letters of interest for the restoration project of the historic footbridge, awarding the bid for the West Lake Avenue Water Main Extension project, award quotes for Water Department truck and Wastewater Department truck.

The Board of Works will hear reports from various department heads and the City Engineer will discuss the spring surface street treatment with No parking and lane restrictions.

Also on the agenda is a request from the Heartland Artists Gallery.

The Common Council meeting is scheduled for 6:30.  The agenda includes a public hearing for an additional appropriation, report from the Fee Schedule subcommittee, resolutions for transfers, approval of Tax Abatement Compliance forms for American Container, Composite Technology Assemblies, Pretzels Inc and WestRock.

Jerry Chavez from Marshall County Economic Development Corporation will present the 2017 annual report.

The meetings are open to the public although comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.
