ELKHART – The defense worked hard, but the offense failed to get going in the Lady Pilgrims 12-2 loss versus Elkhart Memorial. Through two and a half innings, Plymouth had the lead, 2-0. Elkhart had a big third and fourth inning to put pull ahead and never looked back. Shayla Noble led the Pilgrim offense going 2 for 2 with a double and an RBI. Mia Wojcik and Sydnee Smith both added hits while Megan Kersey knocked in the other run.
