Warrant arrestPlymouth Police serve warrants.

Friday morning, March 2nd, Plymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop on a car for failing to clear their windshield of front.  Speaking with the drive, 23 year old Joshua M. Hogan of Plymouth, and running his information through the Bureau of Motor Vehicle Officer Weir discovered an active warrant from Wabash County.   He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Officer Ben McIntyre learned that William Makowski, 30 of Plymouth had a warrant for his arrest for a probation violation.  He located him at 2535 North Michigan Street and was able to take him into custody without incident.  He was transported to the Marshall County jail

27 year old Tabitha Vician of Plymouth had an active Failure To Appear warrant for her arrest.  Officer McIntyre located her at 712 North 4th Street.  She was and taken into custody without incident and lodged in the County Jail.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
