arrested_handcuffs      On Monday, October 30, the Plymouth Police Department received information regarding a fugitive from Texas that was living in Plymouth.

On Tuesday, October 31, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Detective Sgt. Leo Mangus observed 52 year old Mary Contreras Soto in the 1200 block of North Walnut Street.

Detective Mangus took Soto into custody after confirming extradition to Deaf Smith County Texas.

Soto was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held pending extradition.  She was wanted regarding a Violation of Probation in reference to Credit Card Fraud.
