warrant-arrestPlymouth Police Officer Krynock located 57 year old Richard J. Hopkins walking through Pak-A-Sak parking lot Monday evening about 9:15.  Believing there was a warrant for his arrest, the officer was able to confirm a fines and cost warrant for Hopkins.

Richard Hopkins of Broadway Street in Plymouth was taken into custody and held in the Marshall County Jail on a $247 cash bond.
