patrick_1Patrick Houser, a 2017 PHS graduate, is playing with the Purdue “All-American” Marching Band this season. Patrick auditioned and was chosen as one of only six percussionists who play the tenor drums in the drumline.

Patrick is a freshman who is in the Exploratory Studies program, which allows students to explore options and interests before selecting a major, giving students plenty of guidance along the way. Students have up to four semesters to select the major that is right for them.

Patrick is a proud former member of the Pride of Plymouth marching band. For all four years while here at PHS he played the snare drums and tenor drums. He also participated in Winter Drumline and Winter Winds while at PHS. Patrick will be auditioning to play with a world indoor drumline in the next few weeks. This is separate from the Purdue marching band.
