owi-arrestA traffic stop Saturday, October 14th ended with a LaPorte man being lodged in the Marshall County Jail. 

At 3:20 AM, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a green 2004 Dodge Neon in the area of US 30 and State Road 331.  The driver of the vehicle, 22 year old Tyler J. Kuhn was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and had an open container in the vehicle. 

MugShot_Tyler KuhnKuhn was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test and showed to be over two times the legal limit.  He was then taken to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $4,500 cash bond for OWI Endangering and OWI with a BAC of .15% or more. 

Officer Wozniak was assisted by Bourbon Police.
