A Chicago man was arrested Sunday night after Marshall County Police Officer Wozniak stopped a black 2007 Ford sport utility vehicle in the area of US 30 and State Road 331 about 11 o’clock.
On October 15th, driver, 32 year old Valentin Cruz-Hernandez was found to be Operating a vehicle Without ever receiving a driver`s License.
Cruz-Hernandez was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $750 cash bond.
