MugShot_Brandon HestonOn Friday, October 13th, just before midnight, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a white 2009 Pontiac in the area of US 6 and Michigan Road for traveling 78 MPH in a posted 55 MPH zone. 

The driver of the vehicle, 28 year old Brandon J. Heston of Plymouth was found to be operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  He was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test and showed to be over two times the legal limit of alcohol.

Brandon Heston was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond that was paid on October 14th at 9:30a.m. and he was released with a October 31st initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
