Friday morning, September 15 about 4:30 Marshall County Police responded to a single vehicle accident in the area of 1st and Oak Roads.
When Officer Wozniak arrived on the scene he found a black 1994 Toyota SUV that had rolled over in the middle of the road.
The driver, 61 year old Phillip O. Spencer of Bremen was found to be under the influence of alcohol. A certified test showed him to be
over two times the legal limit.
He was booked in to the Marshall County Jail.
