REAL Services is looking for workshop leaders in Marshall County. If you are interested in becoming a workshop leader to teach others about techniques to help manage chronic conditions, this free training is for you. By participating in the training you will be qualified to lead the “Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions” workshops where participants learn the techniques to manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, depression, asthma, or other on-going health conditions.
There is no charge for the workshops, but potential leaders must attend all four days of training in full to be certified: Tuesday and Wednesday, September 26 and 27, and October 3 and 4, from 9:00am to 4:00pm each day. The training will be held at REAL Services, 1151 South Michigan Street in South Bend.
