On Thursday, September 7th, at 10:00 PM, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a silver 1989 Oldsmobile passenger vehicle in the area of US 31 and 20B Road. The driver of the vehicle, 31 year old Justin T. Spier of Noblesville, was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver`s license. He was taken to the
Marshall County Jail.
