Plymouth Police Officer Bob DeLee stopped a vehicle at Baker and Randolph Streets Wednesday afternoon about 1:15 for exceeding the posted speed limit.
The driver, 38 year old Mandi Baugh of Rochester was subsequently arrested for Driving while Suspended w/ Priors.
