owi-arrestOn Friday, September 1st, 2017 at 2:15 AM, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop in the area of US 30 and Queen Road on a black 2010 Ford Focus. The driver, 32 year old Travis K. Martin of Plymouth, was found to be operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  He was taken to the Plymouth Hospital for a certified test and showed to be over two times the legal limit.

Martin was taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for Operating a Vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .15 or more and Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person.
