CrashInvestigationMarshall County Police investigated a two vehicle crash Wednesday evening about 6:20 at US 31 and 19th Road near Argos.

60 year old William H. Reese of Argos was west bound on 19th Road in a 2002 Ford pick-up truck.  Mr. Reese told Marshall County Police Officer Beam he did not see the south bound vehicle and pulled out in front of a southbound SUV.

Mr. Reese was stuck by a 2003 Ford Explored that was driven by 47 year old Don F. Whitenight Jr.  Rochester.  Whitnight told the officer he unable to avoid the collision and ran into the passenger side of Reese’s truck.

William Reese complained of back pain and Whitenight complained of wrist pain.  Both were transported to South Bend.
