Crash_Michigan&Garro_1No injuries were reported in a two vehicle crash at Michigan and Garro Streets Wednesday morning that cause traffic to be diverted for about 30 minutes.

Crash_Michigan&Garro_2Just before 10, a 2012 Chrysler driven by 19 year old Emily Miller of Plymouth was north bound on Michigan Street when she entered the intersection with Garro and struck of passenger vehicle on the driver’s door.   Miller told Plymouth Officer Ray West that she did not see that the traffic light had turned red.

Crash_Michigan&Garro_3Miller’s vehicle struck the passenger door of a 2006 Toyota driven by 61 year old Diana Soike also of Plymouth.

Officer West’s report indicated that Soike had the right of way.

There were no injuries but due to the fact that the crash was in the middle of the intersection traffic was rerouted for approximately 30 minutes while the report was completed and Lyons Towing removed the two vehicles.
