On Monday August 14, at approximately 12:50 in the morning a Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of U.S. 30 and U.S. 31. During the course of the investigation it was determined the driver, 43 year old Maria E. Hernandez of South Bend did not possess a driver’s license.
Maria Hernandez was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle W/O Ever Receiving a License.
