Saturday evening about 9:30 Plymouth Police Officer Krynock conducted a traffic stop at Elliot and Michigan Streets.

A vehicle being driven by 34 year old Samantha N.  Kemper of Elkhart was stop.   She was discovered to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol. Ms. Kemper was transported to the St. Joseph ER for a chemical test and lodged at the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.  Her bond was paid at 11 a.m. on July 16th and she was released with a court date of July 25, 2017.
