A motorcycle driver was injured in a two vehicle crash on State Road 17 Monday morning about 10:10.
Marshall County Police and Plymouth Fire and EMS responded to the intersection of State Road 17 and Pioneer Drive for a personal injury accident involving a Plymouth man.
According to the news release, Clint Maddox was headed west on State Road 17 on a Honda motorcycle when a east bound Ford 500 driven by Mary Large of Plymouth made a left hand turn onto Pioneer Drive in front of him.
The impact from the collision caused Maddox to be ejected from the motorcycle. He sustained significant injuries and was airlifted from the scene to the trauma center at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
County Police were assisted at the scene by Plymouth Fire and EMS.
