MugShot_Alfredo DiazOn Saturday, July 15, at approximately 2:20 in the morning an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 30 near Pioneer Drive. 

 During the traffic stop it was determined that the driver, 36 year old Alfredo Diaz of Whiting was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Mr. Diaz was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operator Never Licensed and held on a $250 cash bond that was paid Saturday about 3:30 in the afternoon. He was released with an August 15th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
