MugShot_Sydney OudingOfficer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to North Michigan Road and Veteran’s Parkway on Saturday, July 15th, just after 2 in the morning for a single vehicle accident.

Officer Wozniak met with the driver and only occupant of the vehicle,  22 year old Sydney Ouding of Knox.  Ms. Ouding was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken to the Plymouth Hospital for a certified test.  The results of the test showed her to be almost three times over the legal limit of alcohol. 

Sydney Ouding was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person.  She was held on a $1,500 cash bond that was paid on Saturday afternoon and released with a July 25th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
