Bourbon policeSaturday morning about 2:50 Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger stopped a Ford Focus on State Road 331 and 17B Road for driving left of center.

During the investigation it was found that the driver, James D. Moore of Rochester had been drinking.  Mr. Moore failed the field sobriety tests and was offered a certified test, which he tested at .216 percent blood alcohol content.

Moore was lodged in the Marshall County Jail and charged with a felony Operating While Intoxicated due to having a previous conviction within 5 years.

James Moore was given a July 25th court date in Marshall Superior Court II and held on a $1,500 cash bond until 3 p.m. on Saturday when his bond was paid.
