Plymouth Color Logo2014Last week the Plymouth City Council approved an additional appropriation to fund the city’s required 50% match toward the Community Crossing Grant.  While the additional was approved, the city has only submitted their application for the grant and won’t know until fall if they were successful.

A public hearing was held on Monday evening with no comments on the additional.   The city council approved the resolution that will transfer $870,000 from the city s Rainy Day Fund into the newly created Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund 2017.  The new fund line was created to make it easier to track the local match money with the grant.
