arrested_handcuffsMonday night just after 11 units from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched by the Marshall County 911 Center to 1121 South Michigan Street in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Arriving at the residence, officers located a male subject in the backyard.    The female that had called 911 had left the residence prior to officer’s arrival.  She returned to the residence after being contacted by dispatch.

Following an investigation of the incident, 30 year old Elizabeth Gardner of the South Michigan Street address was placed under arrest for battery.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and remanded into the custody of the jail.  He cash bond was set at $750.
