MugShot_Mardis, GerriThis past February the Plymouth Police Department received a report regarding fraud and theft by an employee of Bailey’s Home Furnishing.

On February 17th Detectives Jim Cox and Leo Mangus with the Plymouth Police Department investigated the accusation further and reports were forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

An arrest warrant was issued for 53 year old Gerri L. Mardis of Garro Street in Plymouth on June 27 of this year regarding the charges of Theft as a Level 6 Felony and Fraud as a Level 6 Felony with a cash bond set at $25,000.00.

On Wednesday, July 5, Gerri Mardis was located at the Marshall County Courthouse and arrested.
