MugShot_Michael Yarian (1)A Bourbon man who was “highly impaired” was arrested early Saturday morning after the Marshall County Centralized Dispatch Center received a call from the 9,000 block of 9A Road of a male subject attempting to get into a residence.

About a quarter till 1 in the morning officers from the Marshall County Police Department and Indiana State Police arrived in the area.

Officers located 49 year old Michael Yarian running from the property.  He was highly impaired and taken into custody.  Yarian was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Residential Entry and Disorderly Conduct and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
