Bill Cleavenger, former two term Marshall County Coroner, filed papers forming an Exploratory Committee to seek the Republican nomination for Marshall County Recorder in the 2018 Primary. Cleavenger’s last coroner term ended on January 1st due to term limits.
He hopes to succeed current Marshall County Recorder, Marlene Mahler, who likewise is prohibited from seeking another term because of term limits.
