On Tuesday afternoon, May 9, at approximately 4:30 the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department was notified of a single vehicle motorcycle crash on 14th Road west of the east county line.
The driver of the vehicle, James R. Kern of Syracuse was transported by ambulance for medical evaluation with possible head injuries.
Speed and unsafe driving behavior are believed to be contributing factors in the crash. The incident is still under investigation by County Police Officer Bragg.
