City HallThe City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

Agenda for the meeting includes awarding the bid for the 2017 Spring Mircosurface projects and the street and sidewalk projects.  The board will hear reports from department heads, the city engineer and city attorney who will ask the Board of Works to ratify an executive order for the designation of underground or buried utilities area.

The board also has three requests to consider, a street closure for Saint Michael School for Olympic Day; a request by the Freedom Park committer for the Summer Sippin’ Craft Brew Fest in River Park Square and a request by the Rees Theatre committee.

The Common Council meeting is scheduled for 6:30 and the agenda includes acceptance of compliance forms for Tax Abatements for Kessler crane and DAC Enterprises.

The city council will heard on first reading an ordinance to establish the Plymouth Redevelopment Authority and consider a resolution that will add the City Hall renovation project to the list of project for TIF # 1.

Under other business Todd Williams from Hoosier S.T.A.R.T. a deferred compensation plan for public employees will address the council.

The meeting is open to the public but comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.
