MugShot_Randy HolifieldOn Thursday night, April 27th about 10:40 an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 31 near 12th Road for a moving violation.

During the investigation it was determined that the driver, 56 year old Randy Holifield of Indianapolis was intoxicated.

Holifield was taken for a certified chemical test and then lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, OWI with a BAC of .15% or more, Driving While Suspended with a Prior, and Operating a Vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Holifiled was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
