MugShot_Fernando Baca-VillagomezA Plymouth man was arrested Saturday night (4/15/17) about 11:45 following a traffic stop on North Michigan Street at Shalley Drive by a County Police Officer.

An officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle driven by 31 year old Fernando Baca-Villagomez of Klinger Avenue. Baca-Villagomez was found to be intoxicated. He was taken for a certified chemical test and later lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating While Intoxicated with a BAC of .15% or more.
