MugShot_Fisher,JoOn February 28, of this year the Plymouth Police Department received a report from a patient of the Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home and nursing home staff regarding unauthorized use of the patient’s money.

Detective Sgt. Leo Mangus with the Plymouth Police Department began an investigation that revealed that 56 year old Jo A. Fisher of Plymouth, the daughter of the patient, had used the patient’s money for personal uses without authorization. The investigation also revealed that the loss exceeded $50,000.00.

A report was forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor on March 8 and a warrant for the arrest of Jo Fisher was issued on April 6.  Detective Leo Mangus located and arrested Jo Fisher on April 7.

She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail with a bond set at $20,000.00 cash.
